A detail-oriented self-starter, the candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills in order to work effectively with multiple departments as well as various internal and external customers. This could be a good opportunity for a fresh graduate.
How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Support with invoicing and billing process.
- Assist with Monthly financial results including account reconciliations.
- Create and run various reports as required.
- Provide support with creating reports, forecast, cost trend report and project monitoring report.
- Working knowledge of Oracle, project controls software.
- Contracts/Commercial knowledge will be an asset.
- Participate in project and business reviews meetings.
- Demonstrate understanding of the area financial monitoring tools, in particular those focused on individual projects’ performance.
- Assist in the input and maintenance of projects’ data.
What will you contribute?
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field would be considered an asset.
- Strong communication, planning, and co-ordination skills, including ability to meet deadlines and to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced level in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
