How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Support with invoicing and billing process.
• Assist with Monthly financial results including account reconciliations.
• Create and run various reports as required.
• Provide support with creating reports, forecast, cost trend report and project monitoring report.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, project controls software.
• Contracts/Commercial knowledge will be an asset.
• Participate in project and business reviews meetings.
• Demonstrate understanding of the area financial monitoring tools, in particular those focused on individual projects’ performance.
• Assist in the input and maintenance of projects’ data.

What will you contribute?

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field would be considered an asset.
• Strong communication, planning, and co-ordination skills, including ability to meet deadlines and to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced level in Excel and Powerpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
